5 Forgotten Cartoons From The 90’s

If you grew up in the 90s, you know what good television was. Tons of great movies and TV shows came from the 90s era, but some seem to have been completely forgotten. It’s sad to know that we have move past our generation and started watching cartoons that can’t even compare to what we watched. Cartoons nowadays have filters on it, careful not to offend anyone, very innocent-like. The following shows are forgotten about and never had to worry about offending people because, lets face it, 90s kids are the bees-knees and don’t get offended.

1. Ren & Stimpy

Ren & Stimpy was one of my favorites. Their hilarious banter and love/hate relationship with each other was amazing to watch growing up. This cartoon served no educational purpose, just pure entertainment. They showed butts, boogers, and even pus-filled pimples, and to top it all off, they were simply the best duo for any cartoon characters in my opinion. This is rated my all-time favorite cartoon from my childhood.  You can watch full episodes of Ren & Stimpy for free at http://watchcartoonsonline.eu

2. Rocko’s Modern Life

This show was a fantastic after school, sit down with a nacho Lunchable, be lazy and not do homework kind of show. Rocko was seemingly normal whereas his friends and neighbors were absolute whack-jobs that needed medication. His angry and annoying frog neighbors, The Bigheads, were a nice relief for the shows over zealousness for weirdos like Heffer and Filburt. While the Bigheads were also weird, they were the equivalent of Squidward from Spongebob. Again, a great 90s show that needs to be brought back to the air. 3. Ahh! Real Monsters

There’s not a whole lot to say about this other than it was awesome! Fairly creepy at times but hilarious nonetheless. Armpit guy, Krumm, was my favorite character. When he dropped his eyeballs, for some reason made me laugh so hard, then again, I was like 6 and thought farting was my best comedy act. The show also had no fears when it came to men wearing high-heels, as the characters professor had red high-heels on the entire show. In the 90s, that was kind of weird. But who cares, right? It was the 90s. Screw it. Watch full episodes of Ahh! Real Monsters at http://watchcartoonsonline.eu

4. Recess

Recess was probably the best 90s Disney cartoon in my opinion. Even though it aired in 1997, I still consider it a 90s show. It was wacky, and even though a lot of what happened on their playground, some of it was relatable. Such as bullies, playground politics, lunchroom politics and all the getting into trouble for doing the right thing. It still towers over some 90s shows and reigns superior to all of the other Disney cartoons in my opinion. This one is certainly missed.  Watch Full episodes of Recess at http://watchcartoonsonline.eu

5. Cow and Chicken

Here it Is, ladies and gentlemen. Cow and Chicken. The cartoon that explores a strange relationship between a mentally disabled cow and a con artist chicken who are somehow involved with a clearly homosexual red devil. This show is simply hilarious. I have spent countless hours watching them, and due to the lack of parenting my parents did, I am grateful for it. You can watch full episodes of Cow and Chicken at http://watchcartoonsonline.eu
